WHAT IS YOUR PRODUCTION TURN-AROUND TIME?
We run a production turn around time from order to dispatch with-in 3 full working days. (MONDAY - FRIDAY, 9am - 5pm).
In most cases, orders are dispatched via Australia post much quicker as we keep stock of our most popular labels.
In the highly unlikely situation that there is an unforeseen issue with meeting this deadline, you'll be notified directly via e-mail to sort out a solution.

HOW DO I CLAIM THIS OFFER?
When spending over $100 in any 1 order, the option for free express post with tracking will become available during the checkout stage.
Also note that this offer is calculated by our online webstore with your Subtotal price.
Please make sure if you spend over $100 in any 1 order that you claim this free offer by selecting it from the drop down menu for preferred postage type selection during your checkout session. If you do not select it, standard shipping will automatically be applied by the website.
If we see orders come through with standard shipping selected that should have had free express shipping applied, we will still honour it.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ITEMS TO ARRIVE?
Due to current COVID19 strains on the national postage network, Australia post is advising Australia wide standard economy postage may take anywhere between 5-10 days to arrive depending on location.
Currently we are being told by clients that this time frame is a fairly accurate.
If you need them quicker, we do offer an express post service for an additional fee available during the checkout stage.
DOES THE FREE POSTAGE INCLUDE TRACKING?
Currently, our FREE POSTAGE included in every purchase DOES NOT include tracking. Items with FREE POSTAGE will be dispatched via Australia post standard economy post option. For estimated delivery times, please see above.
The only exception to this rule is our "FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING WITH ANY PURCHASE OVER $100".

DO YOU OFFER POSTAGE TRACKING?
Yes, we have 2 options if you require tracking on your items. Standard postage WITH tracking and Express post WITH tracking.
If you require tracking, please select the option you'd prefer during the checkout phase of your purchase.
If you don't select an option, the order will be automatically shipped via Standard economy.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY ?
Unfortunately at this current time we do not offer international shipping on our products. Due to COVID19 strains on the post network out of Australia, International postage items have hit an all time premium in price and time delays (up to 24 days for United states, United kingdom and the rest of Europe). We are looking into the situation however and plan to offer International shipping once we arrive at an appropriate solution which is hopefully soon. We can't wait for our product to reach the entire world!
DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged item, or an incorrect item due to an error on our part, PLEASE inform us within 48 hours of receipt. Under these circumstances, we will exchange the product at our expense. If you receive a product which is subsequently found to be defective, you should contact us immediately for further instruction.
HOW ARE THE STICKERS PRINTED?
We print all stickers in house using long lasting eco-solvent inks. Stickers are printed onto high grade Avery, 3M and Arlon print films and come in a gloss finish. All of our FLURO options are printed directly to Fluorescent film which allows them to glow in the dark under UV lights, a cool added bonus!
HOW SHOULD I REMOVE THE LABELS FROM THE SUPPLIED SHEET?
-Using alot of care whilst using sharp blades, use a thin sharp blade to remove the labels from the supplied pre-cut sheet just as you would a label sheet for a model car.
-Bending or twisting the sheet to remove individual labels by hand can result in the backing sheet being damaged and lifting/separating from itself and is therefore not recommended.
However, even if the backing sheet does lift/separate from it's self after bending, twisting the sheet or other, you will still be able to remove the sticker by following the first step highly recommended above.
-We have deliberately damaged test stock this way by twisting and bending it and when backing sheet lifting/separation did occur we were still (with care) able to remove the label by starting to lift it with a blade on the opposite side from where the backing sheet lifting/separation began.
-Damage caused by not following our recommendations (ie: damage caused by twisting or bending the label sheet to attempt removing labels by hand) will not be covered under any applicable warranty/satisfaction claim.
